This is the report that was sent in to the Cambrian News but was sadly never used by them!
A visit by Santa Clause to Pennant primary
School nearly ended in disaster
just before Christmas! Santa's sleigh had broken down just outside
the
village, forcing Santa to continue his journey on foot. Weighed
down by
his heavy sack, Santa was nearly at the end of his tether when
suddenly
out of the mist, Aberaerth roofer Janos Toth and his employee
Rhydian
Roberts appeared. Like Batman and Robin on a mission to save the
world,
they hauled Santa Clause onto their truck and delivered him safely
to his
intended destination. Much to the delight of the the school's
pupils,
Santa arrived in some style, the day was saved and all was well.
Santa
Clause and the school wish to thank Janos and Rhydian for their
act of
kindness which just goes to show that the spirit of Christmas
is alive and
well!
